What services do Enchanted Stationery provide?
Enchanted Stationery are here to meet your every need for handmade, exquisite, personalised stationery, cards and gifts. We offer a large range of Handmade Wedding Stationery in a variety of beautiful styles and colours to suit every couple and budget. We welcome clients with a variety of stationery needs, from church weddings, to civil partnerships, to same sex marriages, destination weddings, off–the-wall quirky weddings, the bigger the challenge the better ! We consult online through email and also through phone call but we can also offer a consultancy service in Tullamore (by appointment) to assist you in choosing your perfect bespoke design if you are struggling with choosing the right design/package. We can match Table Plans, Menu Cards, Thank You Cards for the Bridal Party and Order of Service Booklets to your chosen theme.
We can offer you a personalised card, picture, candle and many other lovely gift ideas for all special occasions.


How long before my wedding do I need to order my invitations?
You should probably start looking at designs and styles about 20 weeks before your wedding, to give you plenty of time to find what you like. We would recommend that you order your stationery at least 4 months before the wedding (at least 2 months before you plan to send them out)  They should be posted to your guests 6-8 weeks before the wedding. Obviously some times of year are busier than others and our availability may be limited so make sure you talk to us early and book your space.


How long will it take from ordering my invitations to receiving them?
As our products are genuinely handmade each delivery date is assessed on  the basis of your order, allowing for production time. We can give you the time frame for your order with your quotation.


Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we cater to all quantities required, however quantity may alter your price.


How much is delivery?
You can arrange to collect your order from us in Tullamore , Co.Offaly or we offer a postal service of €8 per delivery. (If you opt to pay for and receive your order in different batches the delivery charge will apply to each delivery you request)


What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit Card (on line via Paypal ) , Cheque or Postal Order.


I’ve seen a design I like but it’s not shown in a colour that suits. Is it possible to get a design in different colours?
Yes, we have a wide range of colours in stock which you can choose from. If you don’t see your colour used in any of our samples please contact us through our Contact Form letting us know of your colour.


Can you print names on the invitations?
Yes we can, we can include this option when preparing your quote, generally costs 20c extra per invite. Names must be provided via email to avoid mistakes in spelling etc. We will print exactly what the email requests so be careful with spellings !


How do I supply Mass Book Information to you?
We will post you out a sample book. You can take this to your priest/minister and make the appropriate changes. You can then post it back to us. Alternatively you can email us the changes.


What quantity of invitations should I order?
As a general guide you should allow one invitation per couple and always order a few above what you need as you may make mistakes when writing them or have more names on your guest list than you estimated. We would advise you order 10% extra as it can be more expensive to order small quantities and may take longer to reorder materials.


If I notice that I have made a mistake on the information I have sent you can I make changes?
Once we have not printed them we can make changes. Please contact us as soon as you notice the mistake.


Can I reorder invitations if I run short?
Yes of course. Let us know as soon as you know so that we can make sure you get your extras in time. We purchase our raw materials on an order by order basis so it could take a little longer to recieve the raw materials.


When do I need to pay for my order?
We require 50% deposit upon order and the balance to be paid before delivery. You can spread the cost of your stationery by availing of a payment plan option if you wish. Many of our couples purchase gift vouchers in the months leading up to ordering so they can spread the cost.


Where are you based?
We are based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.


I need my invitations in 1 month. Is that possible?
If it is possible for us to produce them in that time we will certainly be able to facilitate you. Contact us immediately!


I want something designed specifically for me, can you do this?
We offer a bespoke service so we will do our best to come up with a design that you like. Please contact us well in advance if you want this option as we will need to source materials and work out pricing on special orders.
